Competitive gymnastics is unlike any other competitive sport. Though we want the kids to enjoy themselves, this sport is demanding unlike any other. Being part of our competitive team requires not only physical but mental commitment to this program and to this sport, and not only from the child, but from the family.
Training increases to 3 hours a week minimum. Gymnasts must buy the competition leotard, bag and warm-ups belonging to the team. Some traveling for competitions may be required. You may talk to the head coach for more information.
Team # 3's workout is 2.5 hours per week
Team # 2's workout is 5 hours per week
Team # 1's workout is 8 hours per week
We are very proud to share that this year we got to take 3 of our gymnasts from the Cartwheel Factory Competition Team to the State Meet. All 3 gymnasts placed and received a medal on individual events and we had one floor state champion! This is huge considering we don't have a full gym but just goes to show you don't need fancy equipment, just hard work, practice and dedication.
Xcel season competition
Our Xcel compettition team and compulsory team had concluded their season with awesome accomplishments.
We had a lot personal best and very own grown Bella Mead achieved a 3rd place on floor at the regional championship while competing sick.
Our team training is heading to the summer to do a lot of conditioning and body shape to prepare for the upcoming season.
We also welcome a few new team members that are working hard to compete in the fall.
Good work to all of you!
